The hotel offers a beautiful view of the

pond outside, which was a pleasant surprise. The spacious room was well-kept and came with a fridge and microwave. However, the Wi-Fi connection could be improved as it was quite spotty during my stay, which was a bit of a hassle.

i had a great time at wingate! the airport shuttle was super convenient and the driver was really friendly. my room had very comfortable beds and a good shower. the location near the lovely little pond outside added a nice touch, making the walkways pleasant.

the hot tub could use some attention.

I faced quite a few issues during my stay. Initially, the room had a slightly damp smell that lingered for a while, making it uncomfortable. Moreover, the breakfast options were limited. I arrived early, yet they ran out of key items and didn’t restock, which was frustrating. Additionally, I found some leftover hair in the bathroom sink that compromised my initial impression of cleanliness.

The stay was pretty good, but brekkie could use more variety and the pool's been closed for ages! Chur for the comfy beds, though!

So, the room was really lekker and cozy—felt newly done up! The heater was quiet and the beds? Flippin comfy! Also, brekkie wasn’t too shabby, at least enough to fill you up before heading out for a day of exploring.

But there was a bit of a musty carpet smell, which wasn’t ideal. A bit of an off-putting start, you know?

I had a lovely two-night stay, enjoying a nice dip in the indoor pool and lounging in the garden area afterward. The only downside was finding a bit of hair in the bathroom sink when I arrived, which was a little off-putting, but it didn’t ruin my time. I'd recommend trying the local restaurants. they offer a variety of delicious options nearby! 😊

Inconsistent Wi-Fi service!!! Noise from other guests and the nearby freeway was distracting!!! The hot tub was out of service!!! There were cleanliness concerns in the elevators!!! Repairing or reconditioning outdated furniture would really help!!!

The indoor pool was really enjoyable after a long day. The breakfast area was too small for busy weekends.

It was just an appropriate option for a day tour in Chantilly with value for money. The metal desk chairs in the room were of low quality, making it hard to move them around but I managed. Try to request a room away from the elevator for a quieter stay.
