The rooms/lobby etc were very nice accommodations, and the breakfast offered a variety of food options. The location was also convenient, with some restaurants within walking distance.

There was confusion during check-in, which caused concern as they couldn't find our reservation. The front desk staff should receive better training in troubleshooting and investigating such issues.

Our stay at Wingate was made even better by the convenient location, just across the street from Fiddlers Green Amphitheatre. It was a quick and easy walk back to the hotel after the concert. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. The variety of options at breakfast, including gluten-free choices, was impressive. Parking was also free for concert goers.

The location of the hotel was great as it was close to the places I wanted to visit during Christmas. the two complimentary cookies and hot cocoa offered were a nice touch. the breakfast had a decent variety of food although it wasn't anything too fancy. the room had a comfortable bed which made sleeping easy.

There were a few disappointing aspects. the noise level was way too high and I could hear a lot of noise coming from the upper floor.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! It's located in a quiet area with a shopping district and great dining options nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with super comfy beds and a fantastic Jetted Tub to relax in. They paid attention to small details like providing very good AC and including hot food for breakfast, which was a nice touch.
