The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were perfect. The breakfast offered at the hotel was also excellent. One thing that really stood out was that they ran out of twin bed rooms, but instead of leaving me without a room, they gave me two rooms with king size beds, which was even better. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Initially, the room had a slight odd smell, but it went away once the A/C was turned on. Room location next to the elevator was not as quiet as requested during the reservation.

The bed was too firm for my liking, although my husband seemed to enjoy it. The bathroom was not well-maintained, with mold in the tub and on the sink faucet, as well as hard water stains and rust around the sink area.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and there was ample parking, which was important as we had a Uhaul truck. The room was clean, comfortable, and smelled great. The air conditioning worked well and ensured a comfortable stay.

best western plus mcallen airport hotel exceeded my expectations with excellent customer service, a beautiful and clean room, and a good breakfast. the staff, including harvey and alma, were friendly and professional, and the cleaning ladies did an exceptional job. the maintenance staff was also attentive and addressed any issues quickly.

We were impressed by their professionalism and dedication. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even offering us hot teas when we mentioned feeling sick. the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the variety of flavored waters available in the lobby each day. it was the best hotel experience we've had and we have already made future reservations.
