The hotel is so cozy and cute, plus it's super close to the airport. The breakfast wasn't the best, but the bed was unbelievably comfy. Also, the staff was kind, even though a bit disorganized with stocking breakfast. Would stay again for sure!

The pillows were too thick and uncomfortable, had to sleep without. No help with taxi or shuttle service. Found the iPhone left at the front desk later in possession of the clerk. However, the bed was comfortable, room clean, and coffee available. Close to the airport, quiet rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. Property well-maintained, lots of amenities. Would stay again.

Just stayed at a hotel close to shopping & Tanger Outlets on a lake. LOVED the room with 2 queen beds & water view. Staff provided incredible service! Definitely coming back! The room was even better in person than in photos!

The hotel's free airport shuttle was a valuable convenience, saving time and hassle during my travels.

While my stay was largely positive, I did notice that the hotel room needed a thorough cleaning. I found a used washcloth in the bathroom and food in the microwave from the previous guest.

Our room was comfy with cool mod cons, the lady at check-in was wonderful, and the location was spot on for our sightseeing needs. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were ace for chilling out, and we loved the view of the lake. During my stay, I encountered a minor issue with standing water at the base of the AC unit in my room. Although the staff promptly addressed the issue, the lack of a water vac meant they had to use towels.
