I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and had a fantastic experience. the rooms were clean and spacious, providing great value for money. The linens and towels were nicely laundered, adding to the overall comfort. Additionally, the hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to the Outlet Mall and other nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and the basic amenities offered were sufficient for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of options to choose from. this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided a great value for the price.

Our family had a fantastic stay with plenty to do nearby such as outlet shopping and other Dells attractions. The room was clean and spacious with great HVAC and the indoor/outdoor pool areas were amazing. We enjoyed the hot tubs and whirpool functions working in each. The breakfast restaurant was enticing, and the staff at the front desk processed our reservations quickly.

Some aspects of this hotel were under renovation which caused a little bit of congestion in the parking lot due to equipment trailers.

the location of the hotel was perfect, being close to all the attractions and activities in the area, making it convenient to explore the city. One advantage that really stood out was the opportunity to watch multiple firework displays from the comfort of the hotel during the Fourth of July celebrations.

The parking lot was always full, forcing us to park far away from the hotel and walk a long distance to get to our car. To get to our room, we had to walk through a wedding reception, which was quite inconvenient and disruptive to our stay.

This hotel was clean and very friendly for small children. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our little ones had a great time. The location was great if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of downtown Dells, but still close to all the activities we were attending. the hotel provided good value for money.

The complimentary breakfast was decent and the free parking was convenient. the hotel was situated close to restaurants and shops, which made for a fun outing. We especially enjoyed the romantic fireplace in our room which was perfect for cuddling after a long day of exploring.

The room was in dire need of an update, and it looked shabby. the bed was uncomfortable, and we found ourselves waking up with back pain every morning.

We loved the indoor pool area, it was great for our kids. The rates were very reasonable and the whirlpool tub was really nice, although it made the room a bit tight. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.
