Perfect location, I’m in the heart of the city! I can walk to all the iconic tourist spots and I’m surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. My room is tidy, the bathroom is spotless, and the staff is helpful. The breakfast is a nice touch, with fresh muffins in the morning. There’s also an ice machine on my floor which is very convenient.

The wifi in the lobby can be spotty sometimes.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the hotel's great location in the heart of the city. It was just a short walk away from famous landmarks and attractions like the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, and the shops on 5th Avenue. This made sightseeing and shopping incredibly convenient and enjoyable. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had.

My only complaint about the hotel was the lack of certain amenities. I would have appreciated having a kettle in the room for hot drinks, especially during the chilly Christmas season.

This hotel was perfect for our stay as it was just a few meters from the subway station, bus stop, and local businesses. Being just two blocks from the Empire State building and less than 1 km from Times Square made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The location was central, and the hotel offered great value for money compared to similar hotels in the area.

The rooms were much larger than we expected and very clean. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that our basic amenities were provided. our stay here exceeded our expectations.
