The indoor pool area was clean and inviting, despite the strong chlorine smell. I appreciated the buffet breakfast with options like scrambled eggs and fresh fruit, and the tavern on-site offered a fun dining experience. A game room was a nice touch for families.

Checked in late to a less-than-welcoming reception, then entered a room that reeked and had bugs. The TV didn’t work, and the staff’s response was so dismissive.

During my stay, I found it super easy to explore all the amazing attractions around, with the Flume Gorge just under 3 km away and the Whales Tale Waterpark just a few steps from the hotel, plus the beautiful surrounding White Mountain Forest right at our doorstep; the hotel itself was modern and very well maintained, offering two awesome pools, a game room, and great breakfast options, but the attached tavern restaurant could definitely improve its service and atmosphere.

Breakfast is plentiful and well-maintained, despite some watery eggs. Indoor and outdoor pools are clean, though the indoor pool felt chilly. Staff is friendly and accommodating; requests for extra towels were met with smiles. there are areas needing attention: lingering odors, cleanliness issues, and inconsistent maintenance. The property is undergoing renovations, which shows potential but needs a tighter rein on details. For the price, I expected a superior experience. A better focus on quality control could transform this stay into a truly outstanding one.
