Had an amazing Christmas at this hotel! Loved the spacious and well-equipped unit. The rooftop deck provided a stunning view of the city. The staff was courteous and helpful, providing great recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. The location was ideal, with Balboa Park and downtown within walking distance.

The only drawback was the presence of a large number of homeless people in the city, which made walking after dark uncomfortable. Additionally, the wifi had a reasonable price, but it would have been even better if it was complimentary.

I had a great time staying at this resort formerly known as the Riviera. The remodeled rooms were beautifully decorated and the resort had a nice ambiance. The location was convenient, close to Glass Lamp and San Diego City College. The availability of parking, although there were street sweeping restrictions, was a plus. The resort also offered valet parking for a fee, but I found parking on the street near the school to be a good alternative. The surrounding area had plenty of fast food restaurants, and I highly recommend using Uber instead of driving to Glass Lamp to save on transportation costs. The large rec room with a pool table was a fantastic amenity that set this resort apart from others.
