Cleanliness is evident throughout the hotel. substantial improvements are necessary. Noise from other guests disrupts peace. Upgrading decor and addressing outdated furniture is critical. Bathrooms are small, with inconsistent water pressure. The designated smoking area is less than ideal and often unclean. Valet service is timely, and 24/7 security is reassuring. A bar or restaurant on-site would enhance the experience. I encountered issues with staff attitude and the ice sourcing process requires clear signage. With enhancements, this place could truly shine. For now, approach with tempered expectations.

Great location in the French Quarter. Spacious room with comfy bed and all the amenities like air conditioning, flat-screen TV, coffee maker, and free WiFi. Friendly staff, quick to help with anything like our AC leak. Super nearby food and shopping options, plus a nice fitness center. Loved the amazing view from our window.

The staff were absolutely delightful, especially Neena, who went above and beyond to help us with everything! Our room offered stunning views of the sunrise over the river, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby restaurants and cafes. The indoor pool was a fantastic bonus for unwinding after a busy day!

The hotel is an easy five-minute walk from Bourbon Street and offers all the charms of the French Quarter right at your doorstep, making it a fantastic base for strolling to nearby attractions like the French Market, Jackson Square, and the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, enjoyable views from the 20th floor added to our comfortable stay; however, the front desk service could be more pleasant and accommodating at times.

Really loved how close we were to everything! Easy stroll through the French Quarter, and the doorman was a gem, super friendly. Just a bummer that there were no microwaves in the room. we had some noise issues with doors slamming early in the morning.

One issue I encountered was the lack of ironing facilities in the room, which made it challenging to keep my clothes wrinkle-free. the heating and air conditioning unit seemed to be malfunctioning, as the room became uncomfortably hot at times. I also missed having tea and coffee facilities in the room, as I enjoy starting my day with a hot beverage. The absence of a sitting area or patio was a drawback, as I like to have a cozy spot to relax in after a long day of exploring. the room did come equipped with free toiletries, which was a nice touch. The presence of an AM/FM alarm clock and a flat-screen TV added convenience to my stay. I did notice that the carpeted floor in the room was starting to show signs of wear and tear. In terms of services, I found the lack of dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry options to be inconvenient. the valet parking was quite expensive, and I agree with other guests that staying at the hotel should perhaps warrant a discounted or complimentary parking option. my experience at the Wyndham had its ups and downs.
