We had a great experience at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the Riverwalk near a fantastic selection of restaurants. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. The staff were incredibly helpful, from the concierge who got us VIP access to a popular venue, to the friendly valet workers who made us feel welcome and taken care of. The service was top-notch and we were always greeted with a smile.

The hotel is not centrally located near the restaurants of downtown San Antonio. However, there was an option for a restaurant close by, which turned out to be a huge disappointment. Nevertheless, we enjoyed walking along the river walk. The rooms were nice, with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms were clean. The hotel provided breakfast, which was a plus.

The front desk was awesome! The staff member, Amy or something like that, was fabulous and had a great personality. The room size was nice and the bed was comfy. The valet guys and concierge were above and beyond nice and made our stay bearable.

From the easy parking to the simple check-in process, everything was great. the rooftop pool was a highlight, even though the jacuzzi was out of service. the hotel's proximity to the Riverwalk was a major plus, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area.
