I had a fantastic stay at the Yardarm Motel in Searsport. The location was perfect, with easy access to Route 1 and a gas station right across the street. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The motel had great amenities like chairs, a fire pit, and even a badminton net for some outdoor fun. I also appreciated the contactless check-in and the clear communication via text. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

The only minor inconveniences I encountered were the noise from highway traffic on Route 1 and the lack of bagels and donuts for the continental breakfast. However, these were small drawbacks compared to the overall positive experience I had.

As guests with families, we loved the welcoming atmosphere and all dogs being welcome. The location was great, and the owners were friendly and accommodating. The motel had beautiful porches and a large lawn for outdoor activities.

The simplicity and cleanliness of the rooms were a plus. the friendly welcome and attention to detail, like providing a towel for makeup, was appreciated. the breakfast room was bright and inviting. the motel's location right across from a convenience store was convenient for getting any necessary items. the motel also had a nice coffee and muffin area, as well as benches for sitting outside.

The breakfast buffet was disappointing and did not match the lovely setting of the motel. the presence of road noise and the ability of other guests to smoke just outside the doors were drawbacks.

We discovered this hidden gem 3 years ago, and it's always our go-to place when in that area! the room was pleasantly simple and quiet, perfect for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. the hosts were very nice and provided us with useful materials on local restaurants, history, and attractions. We loved the charming screened breakfast room, which was open to the air, and it was well stocked with everything we needed for a quick and light breakfast. the owners were always friendly and helpful, letting us know what's going on in the area and recommending the best places to see. we had a great experience at Yardarm Motel.

The cozy, home-like environment added to the overall comfort of the stay. The motel provided a fire pit and outdoor games, giving us plenty of entertainment options. A perfect choice for a pet-friendly motel with reasonable prices, no pet fee, and excellent water pressure in the shower. We absolutely enjoyed our time there and would love to go back.
