We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the floor was pleasantly quiet. The attractive design of the furniture and color scheme added to the overall ambiance. Plus, we loved the bonus of having free coffee and tea available on our floor in the morning. The hotel's location was excellent, with plenty of great restaurants and shopping areas nearby. We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, right in the City Center and close to tons of great restaurants. We loved being able to easily explore all of the attractions in the surrounding area, such as the Museum District. The staff here were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The service was top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping. We also enjoyed the welcome drink and happy hour at the bar, a nice touch that added to our overall experience. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable, with great amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The sitting area and terrace were perfect for relaxing and taking in the views. The bathroom was a highlight, with a spacious shower that had adjustable lighting for a truly relaxing experience. this place delivered on all fronts and we can't wait to come back!

I had an amazing time at Hotel Zaza! The staff was really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations with its beautiful decor and great location. The restaurant had delicious food and drinks, and the live musician was fantastic. It was the perfect spot for a ladies weekend getaway. I would definitely stay at Hotel Zaza again.

One drawback of my stay was that initially, they gave me a room with only a king bed even though I had booked for three people. Another downside was that the room temperature couldn't be adjusted and it got really cold for me, being from Los Angeles.

Our stay at Zaza Houston Memorial City was absolutely fabulous. The chic and modern decorum of the hotel greeted us with style and elegance. The rooms were clean and seemed brand new, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the coffee/tea available by the elevators every morning, a thoughtful touch. Additionally, the early check-in option made a huge positive difference, especially for travelers coming from international or red-eye flights. It was a relief to freshen up after our overnight journey. The attentive staff had even remembered our request from the online check-in process. The hotel definitely knows how to make guests feel accommodated.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was beautiful, clean, and comfy. The shower pressure was great and the robe was nice. Room service was excellent with a nice selection of options. The hotel was absolutely stunning, with beautiful decor inside and out. the staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the shower in our room was amazing, with its spacious design and adjustable lighting, providing a truly relaxing experience. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and the coffee bar was well-stocked and convenient in the morning.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the latte we ordered from the bar in the morning didn't meet our expectations.

The room decor was fabulous and the details were memorable. the turn-down service was a nice touch, especially when they surprised us with a delicious drink. the pool was beautiful and the restaurant served delicious food. the location of the hotel was also convenient.

The room had a few issues. the refrigerator was small and already filled with beverages, so we couldn't store our leftover meals.
