I had an amazing time staying here! The staff was beyond helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. The location is perfect and everything was easy to find. The room was very clean, and they even provided me with a welcome drink upon arrival. Additionally, I loved the poolside snack bar and fitness center available here.

I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a great hotel experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, right in the City Center and close to tons of great restaurants. We loved being able to easily explore all of the attractions in the surrounding area, such as the Museum District. The staff here were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The service was top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping. We also enjoyed the welcome drink and happy hour at the bar, a nice touch that added to our overall experience. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable, with great amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The sitting area and terrace were perfect for relaxing and taking in the views. The bathroom was a highlight, with a spacious shower that had adjustable lighting for a truly relaxing experience. this place delivered on all fronts and we can't wait to come back!

Our stay at Zaza Houston Memorial City was absolutely fabulous. The chic and modern decorum of the hotel greeted us with style and elegance. The rooms were clean and seemed brand new, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the coffee/tea available by the elevators every morning, a thoughtful touch. Additionally, the early check-in option made a huge positive difference, especially for travelers coming from international or red-eye flights. It was a relief to freshen up after our overnight journey. The attentive staff had even remembered our request from the online check-in process. The hotel definitely knows how to make guests feel accommodated.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was beautiful, clean, and comfy. The shower pressure was great and the robe was nice. Room service was excellent with a nice selection of options. The staff, especially Alexis at the front desk and the valet guys, were amazing. The hotel had a great atmosphere and the location was convenient.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Friendly staff provided excellent service. Amenities well-maintained. Beautiful views from the balcony. Delicious food at the restaurant.

The room decor was fabulous and the details were memorable. The turn-down service was a nice touch, especially when they surprised us with a delicious drink. The pool was beautiful and the restaurant served delicious food. The location of the hotel was also convenient.

The room had a few issues. The refrigerator was small and already filled with beverages, so we couldn't store our leftover meals. The lack of a coffee maker and microwave made mornings and late nights inconvenient. These small inconveniences were disappointing, given the overall positive experience.

The hotel had immaculate cleanliness, friendly staff, and a great location close to everything in this city. Plus, the hotel facilities were top-notch.

Clean and quiet rooms with great decor. Free coffee and tea on the floor. The hotel location is perfect for restaurants and shopping. Additionally, the customer service was excellent and they offered a complimentary shuttle service. we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend it.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We stayed at a hotel that had a beautiful modern art on walls and a great location. The luxurious beds and nice furnishings with Bigelow toiletries were very appreciated. Their large rooms and proper working desk was not purely decorative. The large showers with plenty of hot water was a huge plus. Gym included yoga mats and the quirky design and cheerful staff round out the package.

The pool area was small and not for relaxing.
