Outstanding customer care, as they went above and beyond to return a forgotten passport to the airport without accepting payment.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel in Bukhara. the room was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, including fresh fruits and pastries. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. the hotel's location, near some amazing restaurants in the beautiful city center, made it convenient to explore the vibrant streets of Bukhara.

While my stay was mostly excellent, there were a couple of minor areas that could be improved. the water from the shower tended to leak onto the bathroom floor, which was a bit inconvenient.
