The air conditioning is effective even in extreme heat, and the hot water supply is ample.

The Wi-Fi is weak on the 3rd floor.

The gym and spa facilities were modern and clean, which provided a good workout and a relaxing way to end the day. The staff members were very welcoming and attentive, making us feel appreciated. Additionally, we appreciated the hotel's convenient location in the city center, which was perfect for exploring the city's best attractions.

We had many issues with our room, including a broken refrigerator and a stiff mattress, which made sleeping difficult. Furthermore, the breakfast was underwhelming and not satisfying, which was a letdown for our romantic escape. Ultimately, we were disappointed with the quality of the stay, despite the advantages of the hotel.
