The decor is beautiful and over-the-top, with a grand room provided upon request. The pool, although chilly, was enjoyable with ample seating. The staff were friendly and made an effort to ensure a memorable stay. Conveniently located near the railway station, with easy access to the city by shuttle or walking.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, being just across the road from the train station and a short walk away from the old walled city. The rooms are clean and spacious, with spotless bathrooms. The staff are courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with arranging taxis or providing information about the area.

Some areas of the hotel, particularly the breakfast area, can attract flies.

Spent Christmas at a brand new hotel that was beautifully decorated. Enjoyed the pool surrounded by comfortable seating with nice views. the staff was helpful and friendly, making it easy to arrange transportation and plan excursions from its key location near the train station and the Old City.

The buffet breakfast could use some improvement in terms of food storage, as there were many flies.
