We were in Caracas during the electricity cut and it was chaos, but the hotel provided a safe and secure oasis. The staff was fully prepared and offered impeccable service. We highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, security, and comfort. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Caracas.

The hotel location was very central and well located for my business meetings. the security was beyond amazing; I felt safe the entire time. the staff was cheerful and always helpful especially with my luggage.

The hotel was overpriced for the quality of service received. They did not cater well to non-Spanish speaking guests like myself;

The staff is welcoming, attentive, and helpful. Rooms are well-appointed and recently renovated. Good location for business in Caracas. Security is a top priority. WiFi and Ethernet available in all rooms. Free upgrade to a larger suite. Impressive breakfast and dietary accommodation. 24/7 camera surveillance and secure access.

This hotel provided us with a luxurious stay, fulfilling all our needs with exclusive amenities such as in-room breakfast and private facilities. the service was exceptional as the staff were very attentive and helpful, providing us with great advice on where to go and safety tips. We enjoyed the beautiful outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers.

the rooftop pool and sun terrace were not available during our visit.
