The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. The free upgrade, along with the washing machine and dryer, made our stay even more convenient. The location was great, near restaurants and a supermarket, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful after 5pm. The owner, David, was incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

Felt right at home, no complaints.

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse/hotel. The location was great, near the center of the city and Hoan Kiem Lake, making it easy to travel around. There was a Vinmart just 100m away, which was very convenient for buying food and other necessities. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed with wooden floors and furniture. The cleanliness was impeccable, and I especially enjoyed the smart toilet in the clean bathroom. The area around the apartment felt secure, being close to a military facility, and it was pleasantly quiet at night. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to check-in earlier than the usual time and provided a helpful explanation of the apartment and recommendations for restaurants and sights to see. Having our own door key for the building was also a plus.

For us, the stay was ideal! 😊

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being close to many popular attractions and within walking distance of the city center. The spacious room was beautifully decorated, creating a romantic atmosphere for our getaway. Additionally, the staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had.

The floors appeared to not have been properly swept or mopped, and there were visible stains on the bedding. This took away from the overall experience and made us question the hygiene standards of the hotel.

I recently stayed at a lovely apartment in Hanoi and had a great experience. The apartment was clean, new, and had big windows that allowed for fresh air. The service provided by the hosts was excellent, and they were very accommodating. The location was in a quieter neighborhood, which I really enjoyed. Additionally, there was a fantastic coffee shop nearby called C1 that served delicious Vietnamese coffees and food. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment and will definitely consider coming back in the future.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair. 😊
