The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooftop pool was often empty. Breakfast buffet had lots of selection. Room was quiet and comfortable. Best pillows and duvets ever.

The hotel's location was very strategic, being close to popular attractions and three convenience stores. The room had received a refurbished and the TV had a few good English channels. The rooftop bar and pool were very nice and enjoyable.

The only small issue we encountered was a dirty corridor which seemed to be the aftermath of a party the previous night. However, this didn't affect our overall experience and we would still highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the vintage and beautiful bathroom decoration, which made for amazing photo opportunities. The lighting in the bathroom also added an extra touch of glamour. The breakfast at the hotel was absolutely delicious and offered a wide range of options to choose from. i had a fantastic stay at a & em! the staff were really helpful and friendly, and the location of the hotel was perfect. the rooftop pool, although small, was always empty when i used it, and it was a great place to relax in the afternoon. the breakfast buffet had a lot of options and changed daily. even though i stayed in a windowless room, i didn't miss having a window as the room was comfortable and quiet. my son loved the gym and always had it to himself. i will definitely stay here again next time i visit!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. They provided excellent service and were always there to assist us, even though their English was limited. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the in-room safe for our valuables.
