As backpackers, we loved the location of the hotel, close to the old quarter but still quiet enough. The staff at Acoustic Hotel & Spa were phenomenal, making us feel at home and safe throughout our stay. The rooms were tastefully furnished and well soundproofed, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast on the 10th floor offered a great variety of delicious food, accompanied by a breathtaking view of the city. The hotel also had a spa where we enjoyed a fantastic massage. Plus, the concierge desk was extremely helpful in arranging tours for us. We couldn't ask for more!

We felt extremely welcome during our stay at Acoustic Hotel & Spa, and honestly, there is no reason to complain.

Located in the heart of the bustling Old Quarter, this hotel made our visit of the city incredibly convenient. With its proximity to famous landmarks like the Prison and St Joseph's Cathedral, we were able to explore on foot despite our tiredness. The rooms were well-planned and came with a balcony offering a unique view of the city. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The breakfast provided a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.

One aspect of the hotel could be improved upon, as mentioned in a review, was the loud communication between staff members using radios.

We loved our stay at this newly renovated hotel with attention to detail. The rooftop bar had an amazing view and creative drinks. Despite a setback with the WiFi, the staff were super keen to help. The Executive Room was a bit narrow, but still very clean and comfortable. we'd recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near a beautiful lake and many attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot or with a taxi. There are also great restaurants nearby that stay open late. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the friendly staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of options to choose from.

The room was beautiful and spacious, with a huge bathroom. the hotel was in a great location, right in the middle of town, close to lots of local street food and drink places. the staff was excellent - they were always available to solve any problems and went out of their way to help.

That the cleaning staff supplies were visible underneath the beautiful wood cabinet in the hallway. I mentioned it to the manager and he said he would look into it.

Loved the breakfast buffet and free Wi-Fi. the location was perfect, within walking distance to all the great attractions. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the room was clean and cozy with comfortable bedding. We had a great Christmas stay at this hotel. the staff were friendly and welcoming, offering us welcome drinks upon arrival. the location was perfect, close enough to the main attractions and yet away from the noise. the breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.
