As a foreigner with limited knowledge of the local language, they were patient and went out of their way to ensure a smooth stay. The hotel itself was amazing, with spacious and comfortable beds that left us feeling relaxed. The location was superb, merely steps away from the beach and surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops.

I had a remarkable view from my room at Yarra Ocean Suites. The pool also offered a great view. The staff at the door were very nice, and the check-in and check-out process was easy and quick. The proximity to the beach was also a plus. The room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. The cleanliness was top-notch. The breakfast had a good variety and the noodle soup was delicious. the service was good and the staff were polite.

I would have preferred if some of the staff had better English skills as communication was a bit tricky at times. the ironing service was a bit pricey and could have been done better.

For the price we paid, we got great value with a room that had a wonderful view and access to a rooftop pool. The location was perfect, with the beach just across the road and plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when I had a knee injury, and the tour desk provided reasonably priced private transfers.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, especially the coffee which was always cold. It would have been better if the food wasn't cut into such tiny pieces.
