The staff at the reception were very friendly and eager to help us with directions and recommendations for sightseeing. the hot water in the shower worked well and the room was cleaned efficiently. the hotel was conveniently located near popular tourist attractions and public transportation.

The breakfast was not to our taste with limited options. the noise from other guests in nearby rooms could be heard easily.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by a few things. the rooftop pool offered a stunning view that made my stay even more enjoyable. Secondly, the hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and a variety of restaurants in the area. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. One particular receptionist named Tuyen gave us detailed information on how to book a VIP bus, and even helped us when the pickup was delayed. It's these small touches that really made a difference.
