The hotel facilities were great, with a refreshing swimming pool right on the beach. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the bustling Hoi An Ancient Town. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious.

The beautiful beach view from our room at Tropical Beach Hoi An Resort was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed waking up to the sound of the waves and the sight of the crystal-clear water. The resort also had two large pools right on the beachfront, which provided a great place to relax and cool off.

Though there were a few drawbacks, such as the staff not having efficient check-in and check-out processes in place and some language barriers, the overall experience at Tropical Beach Hoi An Resort was delightful. The breathtaking beach view and the attentive food and beverage manager made our stay truly enjoyable.

We recently stayed at Tropical Beach Hoi An Resort for 6 days and we absolutely loved it. The 2 bedroom sea view villa was perfect, just steps away from the beautiful swimming beach and a refreshing pool. The staff were lovely, always ensuring our villa was serviced daily. Check-in was friendly and efficient, with informative staff who made our stay enjoyable. The highlight was the pools staying open until 10.00 pm, a unique feature we haven't found in other hotels. The extensive breakfast spread was delicious, and we appreciated the complimentary massages and free airport transfer.

The property has a youthful vibe, with hardworking and friendly staff. The resort is large, beautiful, and surrounded by coconut trees and fresh grass. The ocean view room has stunning views and is located near the swimming pool and beach. The breakfast offers a variety of options. The resort is a short distance from An Bang Beach and the old town, which is perfect for exploring.

We went there for easter break and there were some nice activities and crafts for kids. the pool area was great, with plenty of space and sun loungers for everyone. We also enjoyed the coastal walks and exploring the nearby town.

The food was overpriced and not very good. We had issues with the cleanliness of our room and had to ask staff to clean up after our arrival.
