For the price we paid, we got incredible value. The room was spacious and comfortable, with large beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel's location in District 1 was perfect, with everything within walking distance. The staff were exceptional, providing friendly and welcoming service throughout our stay.

Our stay at the Beautiful hotel was absolutely delightful. The junior suite we booked was stunning, with beautiful decor and a spacious bathroom complete with a tub and separate shower. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a little sitting bench with a table in our room. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from a convenience store and within easy reach of the river, attractions, and restaurants. The complimentary fruit and daily vegan food at breakfast were a pleasant surprise. As a bonus, since we stayed for a week, we were treated to free massages and other discounts. I would highly recommend this hotel for its beauty, great location, and excellent service.

The staff at Reception, Christie, Tim, and Johnny, were exceptional and provided excellent service. The breakfast and food exceeded our expectations and were of high quality. The gym was adequate for our needs. The location was great, with a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport. The pool, spa, and bar were all enjoyable and added to the overall experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the rooms were clean and well-appointed. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to Ben Thanh Market and other attractions. The spa provided an excellent complimentary massage and the breakfast was satisfying.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay in this hotel. the breakfast was awesome with a lot of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the complementary cocktail hour at the rooftop pool with great views. the prime location of the hotel made it easy for us to explore the nearby restaurants and bars on foot.

Our bathroom had some issues with the drain and it smelled unpleasant. Although the staff was friendly, the room service was slow, and we had to call multiple times to have our requests fulfilled.

Great location in the center of Ho Chi Minh. Rooms are good for the price. Breakfast comes with an awesome view and has an omlette station for cooked to order eggs.
