The rooms were spotless with stunning views and the friendly staff made us feel right at home, especially Quynh and Trunhg at the SkyBar. the breakfast selection was top-notch, kudos to Lan and Nam for their attentive service. Despite minor issues with the mini-bar charges, the overall experience was fantastic and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. 🌟.

For my recent corporate offsite, I selected this hotel for its extensive event spaces, including a conference center and meeting rooms. the business center was useful, and the staff were accommodating. the kids' club was a nice addition for families.

the pool area was a bit slippery, but the peaceful location and beautiful view made up for it. Just a few hiccups with the room key and a billing issue, but overall a pleasant experience.
