The staff is caring, especially the guide Robert. The food is delicious, 5 stars. The cruise is luxurious with a private balcony. Helpful and friendly staff.

I had the most wonderful stay at a cruise ship in Halong Bay. The rooms were luxurious and very clean, with a jacuzzi that provided a stunning view of the bay. The staff, particularly Julia and the cruise manager, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We even received an upgrade to a senior suite and they personally gave us a small gift after the cruise. The professionalism and genuine care shown by the staff made our trip truly perfect. I highly recommend this cruise for a relaxing and unforgettable experience.

We had an amazing time on our family cruise, with 2 small kids, in a beautiful location near the ocean. The cruise centre was conveniently located, making it easy for us to explore the area. In the evenings, there were fantastic activities to keep everyone entertained, such as live music and cultural performances. The harbour was bustling with excitement as we boarded the boat. On board, our cabin was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the water. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained, with a refreshing rain shower. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring that all our needs were met. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of tasty options. the experience surpassed our expectations and made for a memorable family vacation.

The push to buy drinks during happy hour was a bit overwhelming at times.

The room was fantastic with a balcony providing a breathtaking view of the stunning surroundings. the staff was friendly and well trained. the amenities were luxurious, making it a great spot for a romantic getaway. the location offered access to great nearby attractions.

The drink prices were a little higher than expected, but that was nothing out of the ordinary. the lack of choice during dinner was a bit disappointing, as my husband didn't like some of the options.

We had an exceptional experience at this luxurious hotel. the exclusive amenities left nothing to be desired, with a Spa and Wellness center, Outdoor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ facilities, Karaoke and much more. the service was impeccable, meeting all of our needs and the location was stunning with magnificent views. the entertainment and restaurant were top notch, and the private facilities were exclusive.

The only minor issue, which in no way detracted from our amazing stay, was that the breakfast options were limited. the in-room breakfast service was excellent and the special diet menus catered to all our needs.
