Stayed for a week for leisure. New and clean rooms with great amenities like a fridge, smart TV, and good aircon. Prime location in District 1, yet peaceful. Lovely cats belonging to the owner add charm. Plenty of dining options nearby. Comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Genuine and Helpful Host with Perfect Location

The host at this homestay in district 1 is truly one of the best I've encountered, providing genuine recommendations and assistance without any ulterior motives. the location is ideal, close to Bui Vien walking street but still quiet, and the cleanliness of the room exceeded expectations. the added bonus of friendly staff and cute cats made the stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with well-maintained and spacious rooms. The hotel facilities were impressive, including free water, a fridge, and good air conditioning. The location near the center was perfect, allowing me to easily explore this city on foot or with a short taxi ride. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

The location was perfect for exploring - everything within walking distance, supermarkets, eateries, ATMs - you name it, it's all nearby. the service was top-notch with a super friendly owner and staff always ready to help. the rooms were cozy and tidy, though a bit noisy due to thin walls. 🌴 Peaceful sun terrace for relaxation was a great addition. Small ants in the room were a bit bothersome, but nothing major compared to the overall fantastic experience.
