The rooms were clean, with no bugs or insects, and the room keeping service did a good job. The breakfast room on the top floor offered impressive views, and the breakfast itself was delicious. We also appreciated the reliable and fast WiFi in our room, allowing us to stay connected. Additionally, the hotel provided a second ID card for us to charge our devices when we were away from the room. the service was excellent and the value for money was outstanding.

While we had a positive experience overall, there were a few minor issues during our stay. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, which made it less enjoyable.

One downside of my experience was the hotel's policy regarding additional guests. They charged me an extra $200 when I had a guest stay with me for one night.

The hotel's location was superb, with numerous high-quality restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Additionally, there was a well-stocked 24-hour Family Mart right across the road.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

When I returned at 2:00 pm, I was tired and eager to settle into my room. Although they initially informed me that I still had to wait, I insisted on an immediate check-in, and they kindly obliged. The staff also went above and beyond by upgrading my room to one with a window, as the one I had booked didn't have one, and that made me feel much more comfortable. The English proficiency of the staff was impressive, making communication effortless. Additionally, the location of the hotel was quite central, allowing for easy access to various places. I had a pleasant stay at the Ambassador Saigon and would recommend it to others.
