I had an amazing stay at Anatole Hotel in Hanoi. The value for money was great, and the room was lovely. The location in the Old Quarter was perfect for exploring, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful.

They are also helpful in suggesting relevant trips around the city. The breakfast offers a wide range of options to choose from. The hotel is located in the best part of the city, close to St Joseph's Cathedral and high-quality gift shops, restaurants, and coffee shops.

The shower/bathtub setup, which was difficult to get into and caused water to spill onto the floor, creating a slip hazard. Another minor complaint was that some of the facilities, such as the gym, were still under construction.

Stunning rooftop pool with amazing views of the city. The in-house jacuzzi was a refreshing dip in a "big bathtub with bubbles". The restaurants served delicious food from around Vietnam. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing me with a placard at the airport.

Oh, how I loved the lukewarm, strong Vietnamese-style coffee and the awkwardly placed shower. Just the little things to remember.

The hotel is in a very good location, just next door to St Joseph's Cathedral. It is also close to the night market. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. The hotel facilities are top-notch, including a rooftop bar and pool with a beautiful sky view of the cityscape. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel during my recent trip to the capital city of Vietnam. the staff provided exceptional service and even helped me plan some trips around the area. Not to mention, the breakfast spread was delicious! the hotel is located in the heart of the city and in close proximity to top-notch shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions.

The walls in the room I stayed in were quite thin, and I could hear noise from the adjacent room. my room was located right beside a staff storage room, which made it a bit noisy at times.

the design of the hotel was gorgeous, and everything was so clean and comfortable. the location of the hotel was absolutely prime, just next door to St Joseph's Cathedral and only a 2-minute walk to the lake. It was perfect for me as I love the Hoan Kiem lake/Old Town area. the room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed. the included breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of food options. the hotel staff were also very nice and helpful throughout my stay. it was a fantastic experience and if I visit Hanoi again, I will definitely choose this hotel.
