The resort is nestled amidst lush tropical vegetation, creating a serene and tranquil atmosphere. The breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The beach was clean and beautiful, perfect for a relaxing day under the sun. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. I especially enjoyed the massages offered by the resort, which were top-notch. The location of the resort allowed us to easily explore nearby eateries for dinner, providing a variety of dining options. I had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this beach resort for a memorable vacation.

I loved how close the resort was to the private beach. The beautifully landscaped gardens added to the overall charm. The rooms were spacious and had mega large beds. The restaurant had a decent selection of dishes, but we preferred exploring the nearby restaurants using the free bicycles provided by the hotel.

Sometimes, the staff's poor English language skills made it difficult to communicate effectively.

We had an amazing thanksgiving weekend! the complimentary airport shuttle was a great added perk and saved us a lot of stress. the location was perfect, with stunning views of the ocean. We particularly enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfast and the refreshing cocktails from the pool bar.

The beach was quite dirty and unswimmable, which was a big disappointment. some of the staff seemed uninterested in providing great service, which was a letdown at times.
