As longer-term business travelers, we were impressed by the helpful staff who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The airport pick-up service and assistance in organizing our trip to Halong Bay were particularly convenient. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options. We also appreciated the spacious and well-equipped rooms, with a great view from the top of the hotel. the comfort and convenience of this hotel made our stay enjoyable.

We loved this place! The location was perfect, right in the middle of the action with the night market just around the corner. The staff here were amazing and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the level of service. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities we could think of, from the comfortable bed to the mini-bar and free Wi-Fi. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great selection of food and attentive restaurant staff.
