The staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful info and assisting with tickets. Great central location with nice restaurants and bars. The breakfast buffet was alright, but the balcony overlooking the street was a nice touch. Comfortable room with a lovely bathroom and hot shower.

This hotel is perfect if you're looking for a cozy and affordable place to stay in the heart of the city. The location is fantastic, just moments away from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and conveniently near all the tourist attractions. The rooms are comfortable and come with a nice balcony overlooking the leafy streets. The fully-functional AC is a bonus, especially during hot summer days. The breakfast served on the top floor is a delightful experience, with a good view and a variety of local delicacies to sample.

I had the most amazing stay at a charming hotel in Hanoi. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spotless, with a lovely touch of fresh flowers. The balcony provided a tranquil view of the city. The host, Hien, was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. The location was perfect, close to the Old Quarter and Hoàn Kiếm lake. I will definitely be back at this wonderful hotel. I highly recommend Artisan Boutique Hotel for an unforgettable stay in Hanoi.

The room was well-decorated and had a comfortable bed. Located a short walk from the lake and some good restaurants, which made it easy to explore the area. the staff was friendly and able to recommend some things to do around the city.

The noise from the street made it hard to sleep at night, even with the windows closed. the hotel also lacked some basic amenities, like a gym or pool, that would have made our romantic escape more enjoyable.
