I recently stayed at the Aspira Cruise in Ha Long for a short trip with my partner. The boat was new and exactly as shown in the photos. We even received a free upgrade to an Executive suite, which was clean and beautifully decorated. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. From the comfortable trip from Hanoi to the stunning views, everything exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this cruise for a luxury experience that won't disappoint.

Wow! What an amazing weekend! The quality of the accommodation was top-notch - the rooms were even better than expected. And the staff on board were simply incredible. They were so friendly and went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. The busy programme of activities was a great option, but we also enjoyed just relaxing and taking in the breathtaking views. Plus, the private jacuzzi overlooking the bay was a special experience that we absolutely loved.

While our stay was fantastic overall, there were a couple of minor downsides. During the day, the cabin wasn't completely silent due to the engine running on one side.

The views on this trip were absolutely breathtaking, and the room was comfortable and spacious. the staff was always friendly and welcoming, which made the trip more enjoyable. the location was also convenient for exploring the surrounding area, and we were able to take part in fun activities.

the noise level in our room was bothersome, and it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. while there were some positive aspects to this trip, the negative aspects significantly impacted our experience and left us feeling underwhelmed.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the stunning caves and boats in Ha Long Bay. The rooms are beautifully designed, with luxurious amenities and comfortable beds. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with friendly and helpful employees who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. Additionally, the breathtaking views from the hotel provide a perfect backdrop for a relaxing vacation.

One downside is that some drinks, including water, are quite expensive, which can be a drawback for guests on a budget.

Phone at front desk didn't work.

We had an incredible stay at this luxurious venue. the service was impeccable, from the moment we arrived until the time we checked out. the Spa & wellness centre exceeded our expectations, and the sauna and outdoor swimming pool offered the perfect relaxation space. the live entertainment was a highlight, and the massage service was top-notch. We also appreciated the exclusive amenities provided in our private facilities. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were excellent, with a wide variety of special diet menus and packed lunches available.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of outdoor dining area. this was compensated for by the beautiful sun terrace and BBQ facilities, which were equally enjoyable.

The room had a stunning view of the bay, with a bathtub by the window. Attentive staff and delicious food. Great upper deck with a hot tub and bar. Foreigners were a minority on the cruise, giving it an authentic feel.

The views from the room and throughout the boat were absolutely breathtaking, with a almost panoramic view of the beautiful surroundings. The room was clean and comfortable, with fresh linen, perfect pillows, and even a jacuzzi. The upper deck with the heart-shaped hot tub and loungers was amazing, and the bar on the 3rd floor was a nice addition. The food served was fresh, varied, and of a high standard.

The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, with a variety of options. The activities were enjoyable and the views were incredible. The room had a unique feature with a window in the bath tub. It was a memorable experience.
