New hotel, everything works well, excellent breakfast with a view, attentive staff, well-lit room with city view, plenty of towels.

The breakfast spread was filled with a variety of Vietnamese cuisine, the coffee was good too. The rooftop dining area offered a stunning view of the surroundings. The friendly and helpful staff was very accommodating throughout my stay. The room was kept clean and tidy by housekeeping, and the location was close to the business district and airport.

The rooms were noisy, with street and rooster noise waking me up early. The bathroom amenities were not replenished regularly, and there was a limited supply of soap for guests.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with competitive prices and attention to detail. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, providing great service throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the rooms are of high quality and the beds are very comfortable. Additionally, the hotel's central location makes it convenient to explore the city and it is close to the train station.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel in the center of the city. The location was very convenient, just a short taxi ride from the airport. It was also close to Con market, Han river, and the bridge. The room I stayed in was recently updated and had big windows with a city view. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist at the lobby and during breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was excellent with a wide range of Vietnamese dishes to choose from. The hotel also had a lift to access the rooms.

Housekeeping fell short by not replenishing bathroom amenities and tea bags consistently.
