The location of the hotel is fantastic as it allows for easy access to activities like visiting the caves in Ha Long Bay. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are comfortable and well-designed. Additionally, the breakfast provided is delicious and there are plenty of facilities available for guests to enjoy.

The communication with the hotel regarding car pick up was quite difficult and stressful.

We spent two weeks in Vietnam and Orchid Trendy Cruise was our favorite part! The staff, including Moon, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The activities, such as kayaking and cycling, were so much fun and offered stunning views. The boat was lovely, the food was amazing, and the rooms were beautiful. The cruise manager, Chang, and F&B supervisor, Jennifer, made the experience even more special, surprising us with upgrades and a romantic celebration for our honeymoon. Definitely great value for money.

Everything is what I need and want.

The room was stunning with floor to ceiling windows and a beautiful view. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was impressive. The food was of high quality with delicious brunches, dinners, and a lovely breakfast and lunch buffet. The staff, especially Gin, provided excellent service and were very helpful. The itinerary included enjoyable activities like kayaking, a trip to a cave, cooking classes, and squid fishing. The transfer from Hanoi was seamless and worth the extra cost.

The location was a plus as it was within walking distance to the main attractions. we enjoyed the advantage of having a room with a view of the fireworks display.

The stay was overpriced for a limited range of activities. There was nothing much to do after our initial arrival and we were disappointed that there were no complementary activities offered within the premises during the stay.

Day tours were conducted in small groups, allowing for a more personalized experience.

We had an incredible experience at this hotel, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The luxurious amenities were beyond our expectations, including the beautiful Spa & wellness centre where we enjoyed a relaxing full body massage. The room advantages were also amazing, with a private Jacuzzi on the sun terrace that provided stunning views of the beachfront location. The restaurant had a variety of exquisite dishes that catered to special diets.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the live entertainment, which was advertised but not available during our stay. However, this did not greatly impact our overall experience.
