Base Backpackers in Ho Chi Minh City was a delightful stay for me and my six-month-old baby. the hostel's excellent location near food and drink options made exploring easy. the friendly staff, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and efficient shower facilities were highlights. the lobby area was a nice touch, offering a welcoming space for relaxation. the hotel's proximity to various landmarks like the War Remnants Museum and Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral added to the overall experience, creating opportunities for family bonding and exploration.

Located close to the city center, with plenty of dining options nearby. Beds are comfortable with privacy curtains, plugs, and spacious drawers to keep belongings secure. Staff are friendly and offer a variety of tours ' enjoyment.

Lack of scooter parking facility can be inconvenient.

Beds were comfy and the aircon saved me from the hot temps. Amazing location smack in the city center with everything nearby. Free beer in the evenings and a bar just ; super convenient.

Long wait at check-in with only one busy staff member. Early check-out time is a bummer compared to other places.

Had a blast at this hostel! the bunk beds were super comfy with big drawers for my stuff. Loved the privacy curtains and the little closet for my phone. the staff were cheerful and helpful, and happy hour with free beers was a sweet bonus. the location was spot on, close to all the city buzz and yummy drinks at the bar!

The bathroom situation could be better. With only a few shared bathrooms, they got a bit crowded and messy.

Spacious beds and comfortable rooms. the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the sweltering heat of Ho Chi Minh City—it felt like stepping into a walk-in fridge after a day of exploring! the private bathroom was pristine and a luxury compared to shared facilities.

Shared toilets across floors.

I thought I was in a runway show staying close to Ho Chi Minh City Museum, Nha Rong Wharf, and Union Square Saigon Shopping Mall. the Tan Son Nhat International Airport felt like my private gateway to the world.

Bathroom situations here made me feel like I was competing in a race for the throne.
