The staff went above and beyond to assist me with tours. the outdoor swimming pool with a beach view was even better than the photos. Would DEFINITELY return!

Access to the beach and garden area provided serene moments. Nearby landmarks like Phu Quoc Mushroom farm and Suoi Tranh Waterfall were unique experiences that enhanced our trip. the hotel's location was ideal for a peaceful family getaway.

We had a fantastic time at the beachfront Presidential Suite. The location was perfect, right on the beach with breathtaking views. The staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. The suite itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. The breakfast had plenty of choices, catering to different tastes. The resort had excellent facilities, including a spa and a long swimming pool. it was a great experience.

The room service could be improved. There were a couple of instances where they only partially cleaned the rooms and forgot to provide towels.

I had a truly lovely stay at Best Western Premier Sonasea. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning pools and a private beach area for beach sports. The view of the ocean from the property is breathtaking. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, and the hotel's chefs prepared delicious meals. I also appreciated the excellent massage and spa services offered. I would highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and memorable stay.

As adventure travelers, we loved the great room service and evening housekeeping visit, as well as the nice pool and private beach. The staff did their best to make us feel welcome. The hotel also had a small kitchenette in the room, which was convenient. The breakfast had plenty of choices and the hotel food was not bad. The beach was clean and the swimming area was netted off to keep out floating trash. The rooftop bar was stunning at sunset.

The hotel had exclusive amenities that met our luxurious needs. We enjoyed our stay with access to an outdoor swimming pool, beach access and private facilities. the spa centre was great, and we particularly loved the spa & wellness centre. the garden area was wonderful to unwind and relax. the bed and breakfast service was exceptional and the restaurant was a great place to dine with a variety of food options.

We had a decent Easter stay at the hotel. the beach was just a short walk away, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating, offering us free cocktails and Easter chocolates. the location was also great, with lots of nearby restaurants and marketplaces to explore. Plus, the room was spacious.

The same thing was offered every day, and we quickly got bored. To make matters worse, the pool closed too early and we wished it stayed open later.
