We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with restaurants and attractions nearby. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, providing us with all the information we needed. The room was nice and the breakfast was pleasant.

Drawback: One small inconvenience was the lack of an elevator, but it didn't affect our overall experience.

The staff at the hotel were extremely accommodating and polite. They helped arrange our tours and transportation, making everything easy for us. the location of the hotel was perfect, with tourist spots within walking distance and a quiet atmosphere despite being near the backpacker's area.

One downside of the hotel was the lack of an elevator, which meant we had to climb stairs to our room. there was a mix-up with the number of towels and toiletries provided in our room.

Despite this, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel was located on a peaceful side street, allowing me to escape the noise and get a peaceful night's sleep. The room was comfortable and clean, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying.

They arranged a fantastic tour for our family and even helped us get a great price on our flights. the location was perfect, close to restaurants, bars, and transportation options. the rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.

I recently stayed at the Bich Duyen Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City for a short trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The owner, Tom, even took us on his scooter to the nearest post office and helped us communicate with the staff there. They greeted us with smiles, fresh water, and a plate of fruit upon arrival. The hotel also offered a free candlelight supper on Saturday night, and when I was sick, they brought me a warm bowl of soup and noodles. The staff truly cared about our stay and provided helpful advice and assistance throughout.

Would recommend this hotel.
