Having recently stayed at this hotel, I can confidently say that I had an amazing experience. the staff here are just incredible, always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you have a great stay. the location is really convenient, just a short walk to the beautiful beach. the pool area was fantastic, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. the spa treatments were top-notch, and I highly recommend trying them out for some ultimate relaxation. the rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with comfortable beds and lovely outdoor showers. the free shuttle service to the center of Hoi An made exploring the area super easy, and the daily breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. I had a wonderful time at this hotel and would definitely come back.

If I had to mention one small thing that could be improved, it would be the selection of Western food at the beachfront restaurant. the pool temperature could be slightly cooler to make it even more refreshing to take a dip.

Checked in for a quick getaway. Room was clean and comfy, bed like a cloud. Breakfast spread was fit for a king. Staff always there to help. Spa treatment, A+. Afternoon tea a fun surprise. No need to venture far, all you need right here. Not much walking around, but eh, more time for poolside lounging! Would go back in a heartbeat.

We had a relaxing stay at a modern beach resort with a large pool. Tasty breakfast, spacious room, and a helpful shuttle service to nearby attractions made our trip enjoyable. Despite some noise from nearby karaokes, we appreciated the comfortable amenities and attentive service. Overall I would suggest this hotel.

the exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, and Outdoor swimming pool, were top-notch, providing us with an unbeatable relaxing atmosphere. the hotel's staff provided us with outstanding service, making sure all our needs were fulfilled. We enjoyed live entertainment from the comfort of the pool with a drink from the Bar/Lounge area. the restaurant served delicious food, with dinners catering to special dietary needs. the private facilities, including the Sun terrace and Beauty treatment, added to the experience.

The only minor issue we encountered at this hotel was the level of English of some of the staff. We experienced a few miscommunications that resulted in minor inconveniences, but we understood this was a newly developed hotel.
