We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was great, close to the Old Town and within walking distance of many popular attractions. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially Harry and the girl in the morning at reception. They went above and beyond to assist us with any issues or questions we had. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable, with good air conditioning. We also booked tours to Halong Bay and Tam Coc through the hotel and had no issues. The breakfast provided was modest but sufficient.
