my recent stay in hanoi was incredible thanks to a new hotel in the old quarter. the staff went above and beyond with their friendly service, even surprising me with a birthday cake. the hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was extensive. i felt well taken care of as a solo traveler.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of storage space and thin walls, it didn't affect our overall positive experience. The service is excellent with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance available. The rooms are well-equipped with ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and tea and coffee facilities. The staff, especially the receptionist with the long eyelashes, are incredibly attentive and friendly. The leisure spa & wellness centre is a great place to relax with options for full body, head, foot, and back massages.

I highly recommend this venue to all travelers.

Everything is what I need and want.

The staff at the hotel were super friendly and really looked after me. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, even packing breakfast for me when I had to leave early. The rooms were new and extremely clean, which I always appreciate. The location was perfect, being within walking distance of many attractions and shops. , I loved the fact that the hotel offered complementary breakfast and a gym facility.

The street noise was quite loud at certain times of the day and it was a bit annoying, especially when trying to sleep. Unfortunately, the noise levels weren't helped when there was construction work happening next door, so that was a bit inconvenient.
