This hotel is in a prime location, central to everything and close to downtown. The rooms are spacious, bright, and clean with comfortable beds. The bathroom is spotless and the shower is excellent. The service is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who make you feel at home. The breakfast is delicious and the view from the room is breathtaking.

The room was clean and neat with fantastic views. Breakfast was enjoyable. The location was nice, close to restaurants and bars but quiet at night. The hosts were kind and helpful, giving great advice and caring sincerely for guests. They even helped with transportation arrangements.

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful small family hotel tucked off the main road in Sapa. the stunning views of the mountains from our room were breath-taking. the family who owns the hotel were friendly, helpful, and professional, and the restaurant in the hotel was fabulous. the rooms were spacious and modern, and we felt right at home chatting with other guests. One highlight was the warm and welcoming host, Vân, who gave us great recommendations for sightseeing and dining in the area. the little snacks and fresh juices provided added to the homely atmosphere.

I recently stayed at Botanic Sapa for three nights during my visit to Sapa. Van, the host, provided excellent service and helped plan our activities in the area. The room was cleaned daily and had thoughtful touches like complimentary tea, water, and snacks. The friendly dogs and cats made us feel right at home. The location was great, with a mini market, pharmacy, restaurants, and ATM all within a two-minute walk. The owners were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome. I would highly recommend this cozy and comfortable homestay to anyone visiting Sapa.
