They went out of their way to accommodate my delayed flight, waiting at reception until 8pm. the room itself was spacious and clean, providing me with a sense of comfort and ease. the location was key, making it easy to access the nearby airport and offering a quiet retreat from the busy city. the quality of the toiletries was excellent, though the pump bottles were a bit difficult to use.

The biggest downside of my stay was the mattress. It was incredibly firm and uncomfortable, leaving me no choice but to sleep on the couch.

My recent stay at the Business Hotel & Apartment was great. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely fragrance. The self-service sauna, nice pool, and sufficient gym were perfect for a business trip or vacation. The security staff were helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location was perfect, being quite near the city center and easy to access to District 1 where all the main attractions were. The staff here were exceptional, providing excellent service and going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. We also had free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV for our entertainment. The leisure facilities were a highlight, with a sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and even a rooftop pool with stunning views. We were able to relax and unwind in the beautiful garden area and enjoy the sun loungers by the pool. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

In terms of cons, there is really nothing negative to say about this hotel. We would highly recommend it to everyone.
