The location, staff, breakfast, and cleanliness were all superb. The hotel is strategically located in Hanoi's Old Quarter, within walking distance of Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff was very helpful and could communicate in English. The breakfast, although with limited options, tasted great. The rooms were clean and equipped with basic facilities. highly recommended.

The location was ideal, as it was close to everything, including Hoan Kiem Lake where I could witness Vietnamese people engaging in their healthy activities. The hotel staff, especially Amy, were exceptional and helped me book a trip to Halong Bay. They even allowed me to leave my bags two days in advance and provided breakfast and a shower when I arrived before check-in time. The receptionists were also very helpful and the hotel was quiet despite being centrally located. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, central location, and helpful staff.

Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were helpful, friendly, and always available to assist with any requests or questions we had.

One downside was that the breakfast options were quite limited. the variety was not great and the portions were quite small.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, giving us travel advice and local recommendations. the location was perfect, tucked away from the noise and traffic but still close to the main attractions. the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. the breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold options, including freshly cooked meals. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a lift in the hotel.

The only downside was that the shower had some drainage problems. Additionally, there was quite a bit of staff chatter early in the morning, which could be a bit annoying if you wanted to sleep in.

Great value for money, the room was comfortable and quiet. The location was perfect, surrounded by great places to eat and close to the lake. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Will definitely recommend and return if in town again.
