My trip to Hanoi started off poorly with a delayed flight, but the staff at Camellia Boutique Hotel & Spa made all the difference. They welcomed us warmly, provided a comfortable room with clean towels and excellent water pressure in the shower. The manager even offered us a free upgrade to a suite, although it wasn't available when we returned from an outing. They quickly arranged for us to stay at another hotel with a great room for free. Despite a minor hiccup, the staff handled the situation professionally. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

We were so lucky to have found this place!

One thing we didn't like was that some guests were smoking in the reception area upon our arrival, but the staff promptly asked them to move outside. Additionally, the laundry service at the hotel was quite expensive, but luckily there were laundries nearby that offered more affordable options.
