We stayed at Caravelle for 4 nights during our visit to the city. The Signature room we booked was a great value for the price. Despite being a bit dated, the rooms were spotlessly clean and everything worked perfectly. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, especially in the Signature Club Lounge. The facilities, including the fitness center, locker rooms, and spa, were excellent. Compared to other luxury hotels in India, Caravelle offered better service and value for money. The location of the hotel was also a big plus.

My recent stay at Caravelle Saigon was absolutely delightful. The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the major attractions. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop lounge, where I could unwind and enjoy the stunning views of the city. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and helpful. The pool and gym facilities were top-notch, allowing me to maintain my fitness routine while on vacation. I had a wonderful experience at Caravelle Saigon and would highly recommend it.

As foreign tourists, we loved the central location, friendly staff, and efficient laundry service. The seafood at the hotel's restaurant was incredibly fresh, and the quality of the food overall was impeccable. The pool area was great with plenty of sunbeds, and we really enjoyed the rooftop bar's happy hour with its stunning views of the city. Additionally, the receptionist at the 9th floor lounge, Anh, provided exceptional service and helped us with restaurant recommendations and urgent antigen quick test arrangements.

We felt very at home during our stay and had no complaints at all.
