I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The friendly owner always greeted me with a smile and was extremely helpful with all my questions. The view of the mountains from the balconies, especially on the third floor, was absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast provided was great and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The day tour to the nearby villages was a highlight of my trip. The hotel also arranged my transfer back to the city by express bus, which was very convenient.

The rooms at this hotel had amazing views of the surrounding mountains and were very cozy. The electric blankets provided in the rooms were a nice touch and helped keep us warm during the chilly nights. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even better, providing us with information about the local area and arranging a guided walk for us on short notice. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a nature view bar just across the road where we could relax and enjoy a drink.

While the rooms were comfortable, the beds were a bit too hard for our liking. the hot water in the bathroom didn't last very long, which was a bit inconvenient.

Cat Cat Hotel Sapa was the best place to stay in Sa Pa. the owners and staff, Moana and Ky, were incredibly friendly and attentive. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. the hotel also offered convenient services, such as motorbike rental at a good price. the location was great, with easy access to attractions like Sun Plaza and Cat Cat Village. the hotel had a unique open view design, with stunning mountain views from the balconies on the higher floors. the staff were English-speaking and always available to help.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the warm welcome with local rose hot tea and breakfast upon early check-in. The staff, especially Diem, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, providing us with information and guidance throughout our stay. They even prepared a bottle of hot tea for our trip to Fansipan. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of town and close to Sun Plaza for the Fansipan ride and Cat Cat Village. The atmosphere is friendly, warm, and fresh, and the open cement staircase adds a unique touch to the hotel. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, and the in-room service was excellent. The food, including both breakfast and dinner, was also delicious. It's worth mentioning that the staff speaks good English and is friendly to chat with.
