Friendly and efficient staff, delicious breakfast with magnificent mountain views. The spacious room had plenty of hot water and a clean shower room en suite. Bag storage was available for treks. I would recommend this hotel for a great stay.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and basic amenities. The rooms provide a wonderful view to look out on, whether it's the mountains or some of the rice fields of Sapa. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel comes with a view over the beautiful landscape surrounding the area.

The hotel is conveniently located close to all the main attractions in Sapa, including the waterfalls and the bustling center with its ongoing construction. The rooms are spacious and unique, offering a romantic atmosphere. The breakfast served in the outdoor zone of the restaurant provides a stunning view of the surroundings.

Some parts of the hotel, such as the bathroom and the elevator, appear outdated and in need of renovation.

The hotel is in a convenient location, within walking distance of the city center and accessible to all major landmarks. the staff were polite, friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day.

The rooms were quite expensive, and the noise from the construction site nearby made it difficult to sleep at night. the lack of heating and the weak WiFi were inconvenient.
