We had an incredible time at a resort on Cat Ba Island. The location was perfect, situated on the only beach accessible due to construction on the other two beaches. We enjoyed relaxing on the lovely sandy beach while gazing at the breathtaking limestone karst peaks. Our room had a fantastic view of the ocean and was equipped with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The service was impeccable, and the staff went out of their way to assist us during a storm by arranging a private boat back to the mainland. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of dishes. the resort had great facilities, such as a private restaurant with sensible prices.

The bar closed a little earlier than expected, which was a slight disappointment.

Lovely hotel with palm trees, beautiful swan heart arrangement, spacious room with pool view, great beach bar with best mojitos, friendly and helpful staff.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The location is set apart by its walking distance to the city area, allowing us to explore the vibrant streets of this island. And let's not forget about the lovely sandy beach and the breathtaking views of the limestone karst peaks. It was a true paradise! We couldn't get enough of the only beach available on the island, spending hours just soaking up the sun and enjoying the crystal clear waters.

That the staff, although friendly, were not always as attentive and service-oriented as they should be on this level. However, this minor drawback does not overshadow the overall exceptional experience we had at this hotel.

We loved the clean, well-maintained rooms and the beautiful view of the beach. the staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us with boat reservations and taxis. the buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing - probably the best we've ever had. a wonderful experience. 😊
