We were pleasantly surprised with the upgrade to a spacious and luxurious villa with a private pool. The resort's well-kept site and abundance of electric carts made getting around a breeze. the multiple open pools were great, not too crowded, and provided a refreshing escape from the summer heat.

Lack of parking space near the main entrance was frustrating, forcing us to drive around the property. It felt like the resort was prioritizing renting spots to non-guests over providing convenience to paying customers.
