We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the bustling city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was exceptional. We loved the breakfast served on the rooftop terrace with a stunning view of the nearby lake. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the manager Lily who was always available to assist guests. We felt safe and well-informed throughout our stay, thanks to the staff's attention to detail and their knowledge of the city's attractions.

The breakfast was good, and there were two complementary facts offered, which was a pleasant surprise. the location was fantastic as it was within walking distance to the lake and various restaurants and shops. the view from the rooftop was beautiful, and it was great to enjoy it with a drink in hand.
